So this was the inside... and the fondant tasted yummy compared to the store bought stuff! I think I'll be trying fondant again.

That is really cool! Good job on the homemade fondant! Never tried it. I decided when I tried fondant once that I'd pick up some Wilton stuff. But I did see some marshmallow fondant recipes and thought "maybe someday!" The inside scoop is cool, you do such a fun job on decorating the inside of the cake as well as the outside. =)
And I'm glad to see that someone ELSE has a crazy son, since I have several of my own. Thank-you! You never know what will pop into their heads. ;)
