It snowed 4 inches or so and was forecasted to turn to rain later in the day, so right after our study we went out to play. It was perfect snow for snowman building! And eating....

Then we came inside for some pepperment hot chocolate from Williams-Sanoma. I topped it with whipped cream and a small candy cane.
Then I made Martha Stewart's pepperment marshmellows. They have to sit overnight, so we'll have to try them in the morning in some more hot chocolate!
I also made some buckeye candy. It has a peanut butter center and I have decided this is my newest favorite!
The last couple years I have made candies to give to the folks at Danny's work. I also plan to send some to family....and eat some! =-)
